With experience spanning B2B SaaS, industrial electrical infrastructure delivery, and renewable energy, she specialises in driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and supporting startups in scaling into high-impact ventures.

At Primer Labs Inc., a Salesforce Ventures-backed B2B SaaS startup, Hrithu was the sole product manager and the company’s eighth employee. She transformed an internal tool into a customer-facing platform, increasing revenue by 200% and customer acquisition by 42%. Her contributions played a pivotal role in securing a $12 million Series A investment.

As the youngest Project Manager at ABB, Hrithu managed 16 high-value projects worth $4.4 million, delivering large-scale hardware solutions to heavy industries. Her leadership during the COVID-19 crisis earned her ABB’s Trailblazer Award in 2020.

Most recently, Hrithu served as a Product Governance Consultant & Product Manager at Tripstax Technologies, where she designed and implemented the company’s first product-centric governance framework. This enabled seamless collaboration across engineering, sales, and C-suite stakeholders.

Hrithu is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with honors. Her expertise lies in product strategy, project management, market research, and operational system design.
