Victor Palanco Arbulú brings a versatile background in entrepreneurship, product development, and data-driven strategy to his role as Senior Analyst. With experience across startups, finance, and technology, he excels at identifying growth opportunities and supporting founders in scaling impactful businesses.

Victor co-founded HIPNOS, an e-commerce brand specialising in melatonin-based products, where he built a recognised market presence, managed international supply chains, and executed high-performing digital marketing campaigns. At Shape, a Y Combinator-backed B2B SaaS startup, he spearheaded product development and secured enterprise clients. Earlier in his career, Victor interned at Bloomberg, where he supported the DACHS sales and analytics team, advising large financial institutions on improving workflows and contributing to internal process optimisation.

Victor holds a Master’s in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Judge Business School at Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Social and Data Science from University College London. With expertise in Python, R and SQL, he combines technical skills with strategic insight to assess startups and market opportunities.
